Primary-source rule

Current manufacturer product pages, manuals, warranty pages and support documents take priority for fit and dimensional claims. We preserve unknown fields rather than filling gaps from stale third-party pages.

Health-claim rule

We do not present massage chairs as treatments for pain, circulation problems, rehabilitation, posture disorders or disease. Manufacturer wellness language is attributed when relevant to a feature description.

Testing language

We do not write “we tested,” “we used,” or similar first-hand language unless that testing actually occurred and is documented.
